I’m recalling the events of the Fise, and to provoke any hidden moments encrusted in my brain, I consult my camera. Except I only have 1 photo of the whole event. A guy with ‘nah your rite mate’ tattooed around his collarbone.. Needless to say, I’m still lacking inspiration.

Saturday at the FISE…
I forgot my pyjamas, so I slept in this dress I brought for a fancy dress party, that I should have gone to the night before. It’s a hawaiian print, simple flared dress. Perrine cut it shorter for me in an attempt to make it look sexy, but it’s still disgusting and smells of charity shops.

In the midst of planning the activities for my short stay in England (an opportunity to show my boyfriend the finest English culture), I stumbled upon an exhibition that was going down in Bristol. Fifty Fifty, a skate shop co-owned by pro skater Danny Wainwright, has been holding an exhibition of the works by the artist French, named ‘Humour of Initiation.’

Lords of Dogtown evoked a huge urge in me to get into skating. Those bowls, the Californian sun – and I think Emile Hurst had something to do with it.
